Dealshare is a curated investor network connecting values-aligned capital with vetted, high-impact businesses, built with MEDA and AVPA to move deals from first look to close.
A member platform for impact and gender-smart investment across Africa.
Dealshare is a member platform developed by AVPA in collaboration with the Kuramo Foundation for Sustainable Development (KFSD) and Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), created for the programme's community of investors and members.
Africa's entrepreneurial ecosystem is expanding rapidly, yet capital allocation remains fragmented, opaque, and inefficient, particularly for gender and impact focused investments. Dealshare is the digital deal-sharing marketplace built to close that gap, enabling curated deal discovery, impact-smart analytics, and collaborative investment execution across investors, fund managers, and intermediaries.
Dealshare is an initiative by MEDA and AVPA, supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
How the initiative creates lasting change.
Repayable grants, low-cost loans, and skills training through a $1.5M revolving facility, integrating women-led micro-enterprises into formal value chains.
Shared legal, administrative, and compliance services, plus fundraising and gender-lens investing tools, so investment vehicles deploy more capital to high-impact SMEs.
Advocacy for inclusive crowdfunding regulations and domiciliation strategies that unlock domestic capital across more than five African countries.
A marketplace for impact and gender-smart investment opportunities delivering:
A pre-vetted, investment-ready pipeline.
Standardized, decision-grade insights.
Secure, structured engagement.
Frictionless execution across a syndicate.
Delivered by MEDA with a network of partners across Africa.
